FROM Scott Wilkerson, Blazin Kuztumz, Florida

Subject: WOW .. that's all I can say is WOW!

Well, first and foremost I have to commend you Joe, on realizing your companies "issues" and setting out to correct them, and become a better all around company. A lot of owners could care less, or think that they are right in all aspects of business management, with zero tolerance for new ideas, fresh tactics, etc. So, this is a huge thing I see you doing with the companies. Secondly, thank you for keeping your word about personally responding to each and every person that writes you, as well as having your staff write me. I am stunned, and extremely impressed by all of your responses, and promises of a better working relationship between my business and your company and it's representatives. I really look forward to dealing with any one of you now, on future orders.

Yuri, I remember dealing with you before, and again thank you once more for taking care of me and getting it straightened out for me when we had those issues. And yes, the two you mentioned were two of them that I dealt with that were completely incompetent and idiotic in their (lack of) sales skills. There were three or so that I dealt with after Ed left, that just left me speechless when it came to customer service, utterly speechless. But seeing all of your responses, and what's going on with AIM/CT I have renewed faith and will once again be offering your products through my business with a renewed sense of pride, and a sense that if anything should go wrong at any step of the game, I'll have someone there having my back. That, is a highly valued thing in my estimation.

Thanks again,

Scott Wilkerson

I bought a set of #4800 bags from you, and they are about 3" short of the advertised height. The main reason I bought them was for the extra height. I'll try and get some part #'s tonite.

Joe,
It seems you really aim to make a change for the better. I was ready to stop reading MTM just because they have your ads. But after reading this thread im almost thinking of giving you a chance. I'll wait for the reviews of your products first but im lookin to start buying parts and may keep AIM in mind. I only hope that this turn around shows in the quality of your products.
