I'm the same way.  I would call everyday, sometimes twice a day until someone answered and I made progress.  Everytime I had to remind Richie who I was and what the order was for and all.   I liked dealing with Taylor.  That was my only positive experience with the company.  Taylor took my order, took down all the information and actually seemed to care to get me a good product.  Thats the ONLY reason I placed the order.   And about calling back, message or no message, I would leave a message everyday and no call back.  I think in the whole process of my order Richie only called me twice.  Once was before I ever ordered and once was to say that the order was lost in shipping.  Both were messages on my machine because we weren't open yet when you called because of the time difference.

this is super dissapointing to read. we have been talking with richard about placing an order b4 the new yr, and were super happy with the communication and the look and previous reviews of products, that original order was going to be a set of duelly arms and maby a set of hilux arms, over the christmas break that has grown to us thinking of atleast 4 sets, that is ALOT of money for us as the AUS dollar is only worth 65 US cents and shipping to the other side of the world... when i see a club mate saying he is getting screwed it deffinitly makes me weary.   LUNCHBOX   No Regrets Aus.

soo i cant even count how many people have supposdedly lost there arms in shipping, and that hasnt made the guy possibly think about changing companies??? lol sounds like a dumb  business man someone who really shouldnt be running a companie in the first place. i was going to order a set form them a long while back when these threads first started popping up and im sure glad that i didnt order from them but agreed the internet posting wont get anything solved just file a suit and get it over with most of the time loser companies like this will just settle and no one will see there money and they will go bankrupt BUT the positive side of that is they wont be around doing this to anyone

---------------------------------------------Originally posted by Chopped Mazda---------------------------------------------Originally posted by nekbreaker^  --------------------------------------------- ya know whats bad.... I can still remember your full name, your phone number and your address.  I rember your exact order, and when you ordered it, and the total amount of your order......  i need a life.  lol    Taylor---------------------------------------------Taylor,I bought some arms, bags, and valves from you. you were a great person to deal with. Thus the reason why i referred Dave to BLF. I wish i never did. BLF is going south fast, Richie...Maybe you should re-think some business ethics or pay Taylor to take over the company! lolThe economy sucks balls right now, IF people are still willing to spend thier hard earned money with YOUR company then YOU should send the parts they pay for! I hope Dave either gets his arms or his money back. I know 150.00 is not alot of money, but with the way the economy is going 150.00 is actually ALOT of money. Most people don't even have jobs right now.

I'll keep it short, and to the point. I had almost my entire blazer built by BLF. The work is top notch, but the planning, not so much. My rear link could've and should've been designed MUCH better ( I found out that it was designed, but that is a different story in itself ). The communication sucked for me as well, and I was paying A LOT of money, without a doubt. I wish the "new" BLF the best of luck, as things could get pretty sketchy pretty fast. I feel the worst thing that happend to BLF was the losing of Taylor, as he was the only one that really provided any real assistance.

How would you about doing that though? Using Your bank statements for proof of purchase? Just curious.

Also, How would that work if they are out of state? Would the company have to come to you? Damn Dave, It may be worth it for me to pay the 35.00 lol
