---------------------------------------------Originally posted by Jance CustomsThis isn't a "great" photo because I usually try to wait for everyone to clear out of the background, but since it was Sema I went ahead and took the picture. I think Johnny O makes this image better than what it really is because he is in the background!   --------------------------------------------- hahahaha... nice. Something tells me that Chevelle would look a thousand times better without my dumbass in the background.

I should have moved the Pepsi cup out of the shot!

Composition to me is the most important aspect followed closely by lighting...but for the most part shooting vehichles is done outside so lighting isnt that big of a concern..

I think that it comes down to the photographer, and what they do with the lighting situation they are presented with. I just figured out the apature and shutter speed settings on my Canon s5, so I can't wait to actually put that to use.

ive been taking photos for 20 plus years (i guess that kinda shows my age) Ive never had the best equipment but always tried to do my best with what I got. I know I can take way better pics with better equipment and i love taken pics of whats going on around me when im out some where else. none of my pics are planned and i hate using a flash, i know its needed in alot of cases but i always try to use natural lighting     some of my favorite pics ive personally taken - the last 2 werent used with a flash, just usin what i got - i try and hope i can get me a better camera some day
