Ha, a little wheel well modification?? Try a lot Aaron. The structure that is in the front wheel well is the main front to back support. I am not saying that I can't do anything about it, but it will require a lot of work. I too would not ditch the 22's for 20's. I really like the size of the wheel on the car. If I did modify the inner support up front he would need a different offset wheel also though. The tire is only a hair away from touching the fender.   I think "TuckingLugs05" is asking about the one pump..."what all can you do with one put". I think he meant to spell out "one pump"???? Maybe I am wrong, but I will explain anyways. With a 1 pump and our 5 dump manifold, you can lift or dump any corner you would want, at anytime you would want to, from any position. The thing a 1-5 will not do is pancake up or down (on most cars). This is due to the fact that the car almost always weighs more in the front than the back. So if you were to hit a pancake up switch, it would lift the back first, then the front because the back is lighter. The way you can lift the front first is by activating the opposite dumps so the pressure only builds up in the front cylinders. This is how the individual corners work as well. It is all about which cylinder you want to pressurize.     Back to the Altima... I worked on the front a little this morning to try and get some more lift out of it. I ended up getting about 1-1/4" more of lift by adjusting the threaded collars. Here's a new pic...

looks badass man.    i have a question about your cylinders as others have asked about jam nuts or somehting to do the same thing.  would it cost you guys to much to get a 1/4 milled off down the whole cylinder and on the threaded tube that goes over it drill and tap for a 1/4 bolt that you can tighten and lock it from turning?  you could only adjust one full turn at a time but it would make it easier to make changes and not messin with loktite

I would just take another piece of that threaded tubing and cut it like an inch tall or so and use that as a jam nut against the top of the other tube. Maybe fabricate it to be square or hex like a nut or find a big ass nut and slide it over the 1 inch piece of tube and weld it to it.      But what do I know, it'd probably break while cruising down central.........................

I just have one question about the top mounts of the cylinder. Since its welded solid to the plate is there any chance of it breaking due to the pivoting from the travel in the cylinder when its lifted and lowered? Im not sure on Mcpherson style cars but on regular struts like hondas the cylinder has a minimal amount of pivoting during its up and down cycle. Did you mount any kind of rubber pad on top of the mounting plate or is it just bolted solid to the strut tower? Bitchin lookin car btw!

The macpherson on this car has very linear up/down movement (no camber).  We've done it like this several times without a problem.   If you want to talk about breaking, you can refer to Anthony's (TOWNLOW) air suspension line that broke while on a cruise.  Air...

Id love to run another accord on your setup but my mazda is taking up my free cash right now. Like I said before, killer work and killer rides.
