DONT GIVE IN TO TEMPTATION! LOL---------------------------------------------Thanks again to everyone that has read my story! This is only the 2nd public story about this shop and we are not the only ones that this has happened too. I won't comment on other people's situation but this seems like Jason's routine and I want it to stop with me! I have noticed that if you live in Lubbock your truck gets finished but the further away you live, the harder you get screwed...I know my truck and 2 others that were planning on being complete projects top to bottom inside and out were either picked up and we still got screwed. The more complete your truck is, the more you get put off and nothing ever happens. He built a truck for his friend a few years ago and I think they got in done in 8 weeks? Well now they are doing another truck and it's been over 2 years and they tried to throw it together at the last minute to make it to Sema, which didn't happen. I will have too much time and money in my truck to rush quality just to get to a show! I don't want shotty work. Which is probably the reason why you never see any Hill's vehicles at shows that are "under construction"...It is, what it is!

well we all know that JASON HILL has had to of seen this thread and the other one about the THUNDER BIRD and to not have anything to say or explain why his shop has done this to some of his customers goes to show you how much of a so called great shop he represents. what a douche bag

I bet he is still driving back from Vegas right now so i'm sure it will be a few more days before he replies, but I wouldn't hold your breathe...I bet the trip back to Lubbock from Vegas is really long and quite! i went threw the same shit with my toyota. almost 5 years ago i took it to a certant persons shop not to say any names but he was supose to shoot some paint on it. but just finshing his team america silver sheetmetal painted truck with army green interior. decided lets do a theme build and it went down hill from thier. he guted it threw my interior away or gave it away to people took out my fresh 22r to v8 it. then cut my rear clip[ off to re bag it. then took it to bare metal  sat it outside under a tarp for 1 year ,and never touched it while he put other projects of his own and other peoples in front of it. i even payed for it any time he needed more money i gave it to him. "dumb ass i know" but i was friends with the guy for ever. so being buds i just watched it hapen then last year shit hit the fan and now my truck is at home. lost out on all my $$$ then the motor was also uncovered so the block was rusted and fucked all up inside. not to mention my warped toyota long bed  that was weled up standing str8 up in the air. rusted top to botom. my front mounts were way off. shit it just keeps goin. and im not the only one just the stupidest. but fuck i thought it would be worth it hahahaha. sounds like what you were thinking aswell.  but on the brighter side it is gettin painted right now and is almost completed 5 years later it will be done this season for shure. un less the frame section he made me falls off. then im goin to buy a granade and throw it in it. maybe 2.

It sucks what people will do for money! I'm sorry to hear about your truck too! I was holding on for so long it was wrecking my mind. I just didn't want to pull out of other shop and go through the same thing again... Everything happens for a reason! Sometimes it's just our own fault for bringing it on ourselves but still, crap like this needs to end! People need to wake up and see what happens at the hands of worthless people...My dad and I built my Tonneau Gate prototype in the garage and had it fiberglassed and painted out of town. I was told 2 weeks and 6 months later I get my truck back... So many things wrong with the cover. Cracked, chipped, dented, scratched, warped, misaligned etc. It's been sitting in storage since 2005 and I have no plans of using this one. I will probably just turn it into a desk when i have room for it. I'm ready to start doing my own work on my truck this time but I'm still going to have it built by a shop by people i trust and they are HUNGRY to build it for me. WE have a different purpose for this build that got hung up on a HILL...SEMA 2010!!!

The feature was written by a guy that is having his truck built at the shop so that goes hand in hand. I have no issues with this guy he was just doing his job. However at the same time if you don't know the truth, people like me will get burned everytime. I just hope that internet show coverage photographers will stop taking pictures of his work so they don't promote him and suck others in. Is that wrong of me to wish that? I know I will never snap another photo of his work and post it... BTW Bagless your truck is awesome! I have a lot of good pictures of it from Sema! I have been watching the build up! Congrats! 

Wouldnt be surprised if somebody pops a cap in ol Jason Hills ass.Kinda sounds like hes asking for that.
