i agree brandon. i havnt been to many shows but only started in 08. im used to going to the hot rod shows with my dad. you know the ones where the old people sit behind their cars in lawn chairs and barely say a word lol. gator drag o8 was my first show to attend. i LOVED it. i was lucky enough to meet the guys from sunset tx at texas showdown 08 and they showed me a good time. im with BIG and saying giving up on going to a show is going to hurt the scene more then help it. i think if everyone does their part to clean up after themselves, thats a start. at tex mex 09 there was a bodied siverado drving around collecting trash. to help keep the park clean. at battle drag 09 the damage guys did a great job with controlling DBs and were also handing out trash bags for those willing to take advantage of them. i think if we all do our part we can all help out the scene. i for one am always down to help with anything. lets keep this going and spread it on to other forums as well!
