Somethings do not sound right here....1. How much pressure is your edc capable of supplying? Most bags have a burst pressure of 200 psi+. I am not familiar with edc's, but are they capable of generating these pressures?2. Are you sure it is the bag that is blown, and not the valves, line, etc.? 3. If the bags were blown from over pressure, was there any additional damage from the bags blowing? If your certain it was the transport company's negligance that caused the damage, I would refuse payment and contract a driver to pick up the truck (shove some wood in the suspension to get it off the ground and loaded onto the trailer). Once you get it home you can give it the once over and see if the difference in money is worth persuing further legal action. I imagine you could hire a local guy with a trailer for abotu $250 for 1 hour away, $300 on new bags, etc. - you would probably come close to breaking even, not including your extra time and effort.
