Really sleeping is hard anyway i got to much I want to do and even other peoples rides keep me up at night. I have lots of time to sleep when i'm dead. Man Ryan came down before Tex Mex and gave me the heat on the Flash Tacoma so thats next. Toyota spindles might work I know the steering is on the bottom on the earlier years so not sure what that will do for bump. If it comes down to it, it will be my last option.I know would like to do the hubs. It would be cheap to drill but I know Ii will change it later if I drill now I will redo it later. New shoe will have to sit in the closet till I get the front hubs done.

Looking good, i dont want to start an argument or anything. but i noticed that you got the body soda blasted. I have heard that it is not good and paint companies like PPG and Sherwin Williams, won't warranty stuff that has been soda blasted. Something about the soda being caustic and reacting even if the metal is cleaned well before primer. Just wondering what your thoughts are on this subject, as you seem to know what you are doing with paint and whatnot lol. Im just trying to learn.

got my jig done its a lot of cutting i know and i'm sure that there are a lot of better ways to do it but everyone needs to think of who i am and i do things for reasons

To answer last guys question .... first thing is first, you don't tell them you had it blasted when your going for a warranty. I really don't mess much with the whole warranty game in the first place. 90% of paint failure is human application error. Now when i'm planning to body drop, shave, change the firewall, and tube the front end I do this because it cost me tons more in time and paying my guys to take it off. Always run 80 grit over it clean it with thinner, etch prime, and most important use an epoxy base primer first. A lot of companies make a newer hybrid epoxy primer which fills hardcore and blocks awsome wet or dry. Its cool it drys shinny like clearcoat but where a mask ever that crap even knock me on my ass.

Thats what i always figured, it just needs to be cleaned properly like anythign else. I also dont worry about warranties, jsut thought you might have had some experience with a reaction that soda had caused and if there was a certain thing that had to be done to ensure no side effects. But its probably just the paint companies finding a loop hole by blaming it on soda. Rails look awesome by the way. Carry on

you certainly can get mandrel bent rails for super cheap its almost a no brainer, but, are you gunna get those frame rails and open them up and put braces in them and close them back up.  The last word in my title says it all and i do not want to do some stupid tie in brace to keep it from bending when i hit a switch. buy the time i get done the rail will be trussed with an i beam characteristic. i will show yall tomorrow its a lot of work i know but i want what i want.
