yeah it is a bit much but they really aren't that long i have only spent two hours per rail and it's coming out perfect so far. i will post the whole process in a little bit i have to have the frame done tonight because kurt needs his rack back.

I guess i still dont get why your doing it this way...   I know its your project and you can do things however you personally see fit but earlier you stated "but everyone needs to think of who i am and i do things for reasons" , and i just dont see the reasons... because its juiced?   i guess im just still confused.   cool project none the less, just seems like a TON of extra work, for nearly the same result.   Taylor

with my plans to the suspension and how i will not have any bracing in the back i am making the back half of my frame very rigid because i want zero flex there. i did start with 120 wall i spent a total of 76 on.  that and i am sorta building it as i go and on the side so i don't take away from the shop since it is my personal truck. i do not see the point of buying bent rails when i want to try something new. it really doesn't take me long to do this stuff. i spend more time typing out these post.

got them all finished i'll work on weld the back half together and put the the rest of the frame tomorrow they turn out perfect

they look good on the frame
