I'm sorry, but that is one of the biggest waste of time things I have seen in awhile. I like the idea of the gusseting on the inside, but all the chopping and welding to arch a 2x4, then cut one entire side off and throw it in the trash and then make a new one out of a sheet is just asinine. When I first saw what you were doing I was like "ok, I get it", but then after seeing the solid piece that you welded to the side, I was like "WTF???"" Could have the same result by making 2 sides, a top and a bottom and just weld all 4 corners up and be done. Looks cool when finished, but just because it is A LOT of extra work doesn't make the end result any better. And this comment is a little
