well, the front needed spaced out so the center caps cleared the hub, the back need spaced out because the 9c1 rear end is 2" narrower than the stock burb rear end, but better overall because it came with disc brakes, limited slip diff, and 3:43 gears. We thought the stock rear end was going to need to be narrowed because of the wheels (they have funky backspacing because those were the last 4 Mavens on earth, i think, lol) and i did some research and the 9c1 was the same bolt pattern, all the cool stuff i mentioned above, plus 2" narrower. Then when it was in, the wheels looked too far in toward the middle, in my opinion. So the front wheels are spaced to make the caps work, the rear is just so it looks better, i think. Not like i'm going to be drag racing it or anything, i haven't even got up past 50 mph yet, lol
and thanks again for the encouragement, now that i'm driving it, i won't try to trade it off on mautofied every time i get drunk, lol
