Ive got a 210 on my daily silverado.  I havent checked the oil on it for a year and a half.  Still runs strong.  You must have somthing else wrong to be having the problems you do.

Are you putting brand new pumps in or used pumps?  Are you rebuilding them when they burn up or just replacing them?  I know my pressure switch is set at like 160.  Maybe you should change the pressure switch.  Im not sure why but my york has a check valve on the intake side as well as the exhaust side.

---------------------------------------------Originally posted by Pootusmaybe the have it spinning backwards? you really shouldnt be going thru them that fast... perhaps a plugged check valve making it struggle? kinked hose? ---------------------------------------------If it's spinning backwards, wouldn't that be trying to suck air out of the tank and not put it in?  Don't know...??
