3 most overrated things

ok you want opinions, i can do that....... In addition to what I said in my previous post...... 1. minis that stay in the under construction class year after year with no changes, break down and finish it!2. Omg someone has a mini like mine and he/she might be dome before me, think I'll give up on it and start a different project. Seriously. there are only so many choices for a minitrucker to build, so who gives a shit who supposedly has the first whatever to be done. If you like it build it.  Cuz in all honestly someone has already done it in the 40+ years that there has been minitrucks.#. I am also tired of hearing about the lifestyle, WTF does this really mean? I've had minis since 1985, own seven at this moment, but by some peoples standards, I'm not a minitrucker.  We are all mintruckers! Static, bagged, juiced or lifted, if its a mini you are a minitrucker!

big lips are cool on cars/ trucks with horsepower that can actually spin them. But a Toyota with a stock 22re and 20X14s is just wrong, lol.

overrated lists are overrated

i made this topic expecting to get hated on , never thought that anyone might agree with me

I mostly agree with the primer and never paint statements. However, when i see a truck in primer or different colored panels, i can look at it and see it finished in whatever color i think suits it. Then i follow a build for a year or two and you finally see it painted, and i hate the paint job or color choice, and it ruins the truck for me. I'd rather see a vehicle in primer with guidecoat then to see it painted in with disappointment.

1. anything with dickies or vans on it, or being in full black attire in mid-july in the south.2. the minitruckin' "lifestyle"3. rims that cost 20X more than a truck is worth. goes along with the 22x14 comment

ok back to my statement. I agree with the fact that if a vehicle stays in primer year after year and never changes but some people, like myself for instance, is in primer because of body work being done. everything on the truck with the exception of the tail lights is shaved therefor i would rather the whole truck to be in primer then for the truck to be spotty. now i am going to finish a few things and fiberglass the interior BEFORE i paint it. it may be 6 months may be a year but it will be painted and it will have continusos (SP) progress. now my question for everyone who has said primer is over rated would you please specify what you mean.    Primer in general or the rides who keep them in primer or have no body mods just put there truck in primer just because.  i do agree with the last 2 put not for people in my situation.. just my 2 cents
