I am super impressed with that tow truck driver. The only thing BS about this is that the dude that owns it didn't lift it up and pull it into his driveway. That would have kept all this from happening. He says he lifted it up and drove it home when he picked it up. Why not just pull it into the driveway and avoid the hassle?

why didnt you air it up? i watched the entire video and never once heard you ask the officer if you can raise it so it wont get damaged, damage the city would have to ultimately pay for.

my thoughts exactly. If you could air it up and drive, why not just pull it into your driveway and avoid the whole situation?

I didn't even read all the way through this! Yes it sucks having a truck fucked up like this!
But there must have been a reason for it to have been towed,& more to my reasoning is the owner was there filming it! Why the hell didn't he lift it to keep the damage from happening!
Just my 2 cents!

YOu guys every think, that if he had raised it up, it wouldn't have still got impounded for faulty equipment, then a fix it ticket.

My only guess as to why he wouldn't. Honestly, that's why I enjoy having a large driveway and a garage to put my shit in. All the trucks sitting outside just draw unwanted attention.

that does suck.

in the youtube comments he said that the tags were expired by 2 weeks. back when i lived in mesa, if a car was parked on the street without current registration it could be towed away.

Yeah i'm impressed too with the tow truck driver. I usually give yeah a chance to lift it.( since i own trucks/cars to and dont want them f'd up) but if you refuse law here is "load by any means needed to get off road" if thats how it is there then he dont have a fighting chance of winning a lawsuit!
