moley moley moley! hahaha. yea, jeremy it is alot of work. i think it will come out damn sexy in the end. in my head it looks awsome anyways and is super strong.

well the update for tonight is. got all the rest of my audio in for my dually so i spent awhile talking to my installer. then i headed to the shop, skinny finished up the fishplates while i started cutting 1.5x.250 dom for the 4 link. i went at 30" then i notched them to 28 3/8s. im using weld on 3" bushings. so i cut all 4, notched them, valleyd them down and cleaned up the bushing housings. ready to weld on. turned on my tig, sharpened my tungsten, turned on my argon and the fucker was empty..... so cant tig untill tomorrow after work now.... witch will be ok since my weld in bungs for the watts should be in tomorrow to. so these are what i got tonight....

"in my head it looks awsome anyways and is super strong." ya, before the gussets, it looked kinda weak for a dually (not that i know what im talking about) but i like it man, looks good.

well, i got back in the shop friday night and got the bars tiged together. 30" center to center.

then i got it put on the truck. and also got the watts mount made. didnt take a pic becasue im a dum dum....

made the gussetts and end caps. burned it all in. now im just waiting on the heims and bungs to come in and the moving links will be done. plus the 24's should be here friday or saturday.

hope everyone likes it. itc coming out real nice and way better then it was. imo anyways.
