need to juice it!

^^^ that is kinda a strange comment... juice a vehicle that is sponsored by an air compressor company, in the advertisement for a company that doesn't sell hydraulics and owned by a guy that works with an air management company. Oh yeah, and the fact that the suspension is already done. I don't think this truck will get juiced, lol.

Accuair has grown to be more than just an 'air' management company...I'd call it more of a 'ride height' managemant company since it can control air and hydraulic. Anyhow, back on topic. Truck looks great!

lol, until they change the name to accujuice... it's an air management company. They don't just sell ride height sensors, they sell air manifolds, air line, air compressors, air tanks and air fittings as well. And they aren't making anything that works with hydraulics. Not to say that it can't be modified to work on hydraulics, but you can't order it to plug and play like you can for the air management aspect of the company. Now, back on subject...

I started today making this funny pieceI had to cut away so much of the mounts to get the steering to make it from the column to the rack. I had to cut a hole in the mount closest to the firewall, then cut into the frame rail and then cut a large notch in the next mount. So that piece ties it all back together and caps the hole in the frame at the same time. Then I moved onto the exhaustThe first tack welded joint is where the flange will goNext up was the radiator hoseLastly for today was the pedals. I will be making new arms for them so that they sit closer to the floor and can depress all the way. They are hitting the firewall at about 4" of depression. With new arms I will get about 7.5"

that radiator pipe looks cool. im no expert but doesnt the radiator cap have to be the highest point to get the air out?
tre5   +1y
yes and no. The cap doesn't have to be highest, but if it's not there will be an air pocket. So in order to let the air escape the system I am going to install a schrader valve at the neck off the thermostat to bleed off the air. That should do the trick. I can't put a cap up on the hose because the hood would hit it.

i think white walls are something you run until you can afford big rims. just my opinion but it will look sick regardless and it will stand out in a crowd and thats all it is about really.

I'm very impressed with this truck. Clean work done by top fabricators. You can get the air bubble out of the coolant system by lifting the front suspension all the way, and dropping the rear all the way, open the radiator cap and "burp".
