cars in minitruckin

it would not be a bad thing as long as they werent them ricers. i think old schools or cars built with some class would be fine by me...

i still cant believe this thread is still goin on, all this seems to be is a bickering contest. its called mini truckin now so keep it with mini truck, but i do agree its not a big deal when i get it anymore, its pretty boring. i would be excited to see cars in the mag but i would never expect it, as stated before mabe a yearly or biyearly small mag that would come with the mag mabey on newsstands.

either way imo thats the best part about this site, you can check out cars that are mini inspired, whats the differance if its on paper or on a screen as long as its out.

Never said mine was "mini inspired". It's a custom compact with a lot more body and suspension mods than engine mods, so it's really not a tuner either. I started it before trucks even got popular; so if it was inspird by anything it would have to be lowriders; which is really what started this whole scene. Mintruckers are going to seclude themselfs out of a magazine if they keep there biased veiws.Every other mag has a variety of different things they do to keep readers interested and thats on top of the fact that they start with a much larger selection.Theres just not enough minitrucks to go around and if you guys can't come to terms with that you might find your favorite mag on the list to get axed.I hate to talk like that but its the reality of business and the mini just doesn't pull the numbers like it used to.

agreed but i think that whole minitrukin lifestyle has alot to do with it. which by the way i cringe when i hear both words together. i build trucks and cars its a job and a hobby its not my lifestyle i could go on and on but id rather not

OK to bring this thread back in a way I think it was awesome that the badass hatchback civic was given a picture in the show coverage in the april issue but WTF why not a feature? Not to be a dick but in that same issue it looks like you had two feature trucks that were not even linked in the back and the green mazda with no shift boot that had exposed rust and cable linkage? That's a disgrace to the magazine to feature half-ass trucks that the owners don't even take the time to finish up for a feature! That damn civc would have been a better feature than some of those trucks.

that civic has a feature in ssm tv you should check it out

I would like to see cars in it for sure!
