You should make some type of mold and sell stretched dually fenders since you seem to be good @ fiberglass....there seems to be a growing need for these fenders

We have some people here working on that...it just cost too damn much for injection molding though...

if you want to make them with an injector type mold I can tell you a cheep way to go about it

There is a guy here in town that makes missle cases and helicopter parts. He has all of the tools and shit I will just let him worry about it.

The only problem I have with doing them is that I have to make several sets that fit many different wheel/suspension setups first<<<<and that is going to suck.

what about duallyfendersusa.com. they sell prefabbed dually fenders that are wider than the stock ones. are they wide enough or not quite

Looks to me like they just flare them to cover the wheels. If you bag it they are gonna hit when you lay it out.

it says that there fenders are 1 1/2" on both sides, i am not sure if that would be enough to lay out on them with semis, not for surebut if you just plan to lay frame i dont think you would need to stretch the fenders up as lock or some one who would know

But if you look close it looks like it's pretty much stock except for the fender lip . But it is kinda hard to tell from the pics.

if your trying to lay frame those wont work..

i stretched my fenders 3.5 inches and its still a CU*T hair too short.
