sd.com? What site is that? You run 16" inners with 22" outers?

I also see you bags are not centered over the bars, that will be real hard on the bushings. And with those bags mounted that close to the pivot end there is going to be tremendous force on the link. If you wanted to keep the 2-link you could just move the bags over or behind the axle. Wouldn't have to build an entire new link setup.

Unless you really wanted to.

Thats what I'm thinking. I think I could fit the bags behind the axle with suicidedoors behind and under axle lower brackets. I really DON'T want to cut the box floor out.

Is there room on top of the axle? From the pics it looks like that would be easier.

I will do some measuring I'm shure I can fit them on top the axle. Will there be much change in ride quality going that way?

It will take less pressure to lift the truck, but it may be a little bouncier(don't think that is actually a word), but probably will still be better than stock. But good shocks take care of it if it is.

Now for the 22"/16"inner deal..... Is it worth me messing with? Or should I just keep the 16" all the way around? I REALLY like the look of 22's but I want the truck to be reliable. I don't mind if I have to replace tires a bit more often I just want to make shure its safe.

Average heights for 215/85-16's run 30.4" tall, and 265/40-22's are 30.3.

Google "tire size calculator" and use one of those to find what size tires would give you the same overall diameter.

Also keep in mind that a given tire size ain't always exactly the same from brand to brand. One manu's tires may be taller, wider, or both than the same size in another brand. BF Goodrich is a good example.

well first off if you want a for sure safe set up run a 4 link with a panhard and for sure go to bags over or behind the axel. i run the big 8000lb sleeve bags and they haul and ride great ( they put them on simi's for a reason ) I have 4 22's with 16" inners and havent had any trouble. thats my 2 cents hope it helps
