I will be the same way I won't use mine much more than you do. I have 6- 225/75/16 to use up anyways

I thought part of the idea was to run a slightly taller inner 16 so that it is actually carrying more of the weight therefore letting the expensive 22 last longer. Of course a good high load rated 16 aint cheap.

[quote="SeveredTiesDually"]here are a few pics i have with the bed off. try and look at the truck...lol

I will have to check on the PN on the rears but they are goodyear 8000lb bags i know and the fronts are 2600 conitech's

Did you have any luck finding the part number of your rear bags?

That is the overall height with no load on it. Now but a 10,000 lb trailer on it and see what the overall height is...

If one tire is wearing more than the other, then doesnt this mean that one wheel is bearing more weight than the other? Doesnt this kind of defeat the purpose of it being a Dually? My buddy runs SIX 24s on his and has towed ALOT, and hasnt had to change the rear tires yet... Although he has had to change the front alot due to bubbles in the tires (rubber bands with pot holes dont match)

I guess the only bad thing about running 6 aluminum wheels would be the added width. But I think I'm going to have to widen my rear fenders anyways.

I used to run the steel inner and it has always been a pain in the but, my inner was a fraction smaller and always wore out fast, I tried diffrent sizs, kinds and it always had the same result. When I went to all six the same size it towed better and the tires wore even. IMO step up and run six.
