ok i havent been able to sign in on msn i had to use firefox an i got the roof back on i can post some pics up tommorrow .i used por 15 on the inside of the roof panel an te roof skin . i used fusor structural adhesive and im going to weld a few spots around the skin for extra measure

anybody know where i can get a 6.2 diesel an 700r4 tranny

i got to get my brother to take it over to my buddys house on his trailer .so i can get the frame shortened once i get tat done i might look at going on an body dropping it not sure yet might just get drop spindles need to see how far the cab is above the bottom of the frame

anybody got any info on putting a detroit diesel in one of these trucks maybe a 4-53t or a 3-53t

I do have a lead on a transmission if anyone is interested. Freshly rebuilt, just had oil put in it to keep it clean, never used. TH400 with manual valve body, kevlar belts, 2200rpm stall, huge TC. I got pics too. Brand new I'll take 1350CAD for it. Can deliver 4hrs around Barrie Ontario (or meet half way), lemme know.

thanks but no thanks on the tranny i just got rid of one . i prefer my overdrives .well it looks like i will either be running a small block or a 6.2 for the time being i have a tbi 350 . but that is real going to suck down the gas in this truck i would imagine .shorting the frame this coming week so get that done an get some spindles an body drop it on down . an shouldnt be to much more to do .

well im still unemployed so i have not done to much. but i did get the frame shortned so i guess thats a little something. when i get a new digital camera i will post up some new pics. but until then im out of luck cause mine put up the good fight but my wife an kids finaly destroyed it so im out of pics until then.now that i got it home i can put the 6.2 in an get a tranny in some time or another still have to get the loot for one.
