is that holes cut in the floor on the parts truck
jcampbell1180   +1y
Nope. In fact, I raised the back end up an inch on the shackles to keep from having to cut the bed floor.

He probably went in a cleaned up his photobucket account, once you delete a photo you posted to the site you lose the photo on the site. Kinda sucks but happens alot on forums.

Hey Man, nice square.

To answer your question...yeah, try the flip kit. Depending on how low you want it, you can run the flip w/ the drop shackles. That's what I did. Initially, I had the shackles set for a 2" drop, but I got tired of banging the notch, so I raised it up to a 1" drop when I swapped the bed out. Rides bitchin' now. I think I have a total of 9.5" of drop in the rear...or something close to that.

FYI, you will have to cut out your bed floor to clear the pumpkin if you run 2" shackles w/ a flip, and you'll likely be banging the hell out of any bolt-in notch. Raising mine up an inch seemed to fix all that. I have a solid bed floor with no clearance issues and it's still plenty low enough for me. Honestly...I think it looks better. With the shackles set at 2" of drop, the truck sat dead level. At 1", it's got just enough forward rake to look right.

Hope that helps.

Quick update.

I took Friday off in anticipation of doing nothing, but when I finally rolled out of bed at 8:00 AM, the Sled was sitting in the driveway...staring at me...taunting me...mocking me.

So I got busy. It
