I'm trying like hell to make it.. My lower arms got here today.. My Uppers should be here tomorrow.. Everything is wired, switches and digital gauges, The bracket for the york should be done any time tonight.. Then he's just gotta plumb the front valves. Tomorrow will be building the upper bag plates and tubbing the firewall/cutting out the inner fenders, then plumbing the front bags. THen on to the bed... Sooo if it has a bed on it it'll probally just have the whole center cut out because I just don't see us having enough time to get the tubs in before this weekend. One way or another this damn thing better be driving thursday night or I'm gonna blow a gasket on someone....lol

I see your gonna run digital gages. I had them on one of my trucks & hated them. Senders would leak & would give me readings from side to side that were way different when the truck sat level from side to side. Now I just install a needle gauge just for the tank pressure to see how much pressure I have. Gauges are like training wheels, eventually you will take them off once you've learned you don't need them.

The frame is looking good, I like how clean the boxed in frame rails look.

I've had several bagged trucks and I'm just a fan of Gauges.. That way I know for sure where my alignment is set at in the front. I hate eating tires.. Especially 24" tires.. I'm worried about the senders leaking like your talkin about but at least they are just oil pressure senders and they are pretty cheap. Not too worried about them reading different readings as long as they are half way close. I got them powered on last night when we did a leak teast on the system and they are actually pretty nice for what I paid for them. My buddy made a stainless plate that goes where my factory a/c controls were with the 2 switches and the digital set up and it came out really really good.

Hopefully I'll have some time tonight to snap a couple pic's for you guys of it laid out... It's F'n craaaazy lookin with tuckin almost half a wheel.. We've done a shit load of work and I keep forgettin to take pic's.

I still have hope that it's gonna make it to ///RA this weekend. I don't see the bed even being close to even touched.. but as long as the trucks there what's it matter right....lol

The notch is all 1/4" plate.. and the tubing is 1" I.D. Schedule 40 which works out to be 1-1/4" O.D... IT's not thick wall because we bend it all by hand with a mandrel bender and it would be damn near impossible..

getting ready to head to ra now...hope to see it there!

i'm like you with the gauges...i just like having them there to spot a potential problem, before it gets the better of me, and for tire alignment.

I am a cheap bastard and hate to replace tires over and over for no good reason. Especially after I pay money to get my shit aligned.

To each their own, but i'll always run gauges on my rides.

Where them damn pics?!
