thanks dragger..

i need to make a very tall c-notch .straight up and down, nothing fancy. bags will be mounted off the side of the c-notch .in between the brake drum/outside frame rail .on top the rear end.

the rear is going to be 2 linked. (kinda),i'm connecting the link bars together on the ends to make a "swingarm" .all made with 2x3 .25 ,with 3 inch polyurethane end links (using stock front leaf hangers moved forward). i bought 4 inch u-bolts/spring perches to mount the "swingarm" to the rear end.

well since it has been cold and raining/snowing the past month or so. i haven't been able to do anything to the beast.(no garage)

yesterday, i scored 2 8 foot pieces of 3x5 .25inch steel to do my c-notch/bridge... and the best part. it was free!
150 bucks worth of steel i didn't have to buy!.. yay

i also bought a set of old school 16 inch silverado dually hub caps since i cant afford any kind of custom wheels. might as well roll on some teenager hubcaps...lmao
(i will post some pics when they show up.) damn snail mail..

i had a friend give me the metal...it was laying under his garage doing nothing, so i thought why not put it to some use and make my truck weigh even more than it already does...
