Killer parts man....def lookin forward to the assembly..and i always read and heard, 9 out of 10 squares need a z. That 1pct lucks out. But, way i understand,if u run dm,and ur just baggin it,you will lay frame,no z required. But if u want to body it,ive read u have to z at least 2 1/4-2 1/2 ish..thats how i take it. So yes pb parts are sickkkk, but i just dont see if u body ur truck, why even run the pb.u defeat purpose of part of it.then again, its still nasty and it is beastly and helps geometrt ect

on my truck to lay body u would need to z your frame 4 and 3/4 because I cut 4 in of the bottom of my frame but if u run the PB set up u only need to z it 2 and 3/4 and I went with the PB because it has a rack and not a gear box and my whole front end was shot and my gear box was bad so I would have spend 500 600 on my front end were the PB just has a rack so now I won't have to deal with replacing postmen arms tie rod ends and all that shit that was the first reason the 2nd was mmw only makes arms for the c-10-c-30 for the PB set up and I'm going to be towing with this thing so I didn't want to risk cupping my lowers and the cup brake or if the bag don't sit right and it rub and blow out on me when towing the 2 car trailer with are trucks on it I know it's like a 1 in ten thousand but I would be that one in ten thousand it would happen to me with my luck hahaha

how much of a Z would i have to do just to lay the pinch welds on the ground or 1 inch from the ground.. i dont want to cut them off.. ive also been reading that the frames are different?

my truck i had to z it 4 but i wanted a little room so i was not laying out on my a-arms so i made it 4 3/4 that is stock crossmember and a-arms now if u get the pb u will only need to z it 2 3/4 to lay ur cross member out i kno thats wht i had to do on mine i dont kno about ur frame

ok cool.. i plain to run the stock cross member but go with the aftermarket a-arms but i dont want to over cut the frame and do more work then i need.. i want it to lay frame with out setting on the a-arms but also not have to cut the pinch welds on the rockers..

keep the pix coming lol

It's looking good man. Keep up the work, and you'll have it blowing sparks out the back before ya know it!!! How do you plan on bracing up your frame horns?? The only way I could see to gusset mine was weld in a piece of 2x4 behind them. Hoping to find a better way before I get my frame done. I'm not liking the look of the 2x4 back there.
