Ah well i understand how that goes lmao oh well we family no biggie haha. But well there's an idea, what kinda rims you gonna set it on?

Thanks i used to be a big tom clancy fan ad a friend made this for me on my gaming days and i found it when looking for something snazzy to put in my signature, and I like yours as well, been saying that about fords for years.

I like the Escalade 22's off the new body. my brother had them, then sold them before i got my truck. But i like the Z71 Chevy rims too. Anything is better then the 14's im running. I bought a set of 16's for my truck, and the lug pattern is wrong. So now they are on Craigslist again. Nobody wants them it sucks.

Hah, i feel ya there, finally got my subs run the way i wanted them with my toggle n everything, way to much boom for my liking, so i've been trying sell it on craigslist for while, nice pioneer and solid box i made, the dual kinda junk but it worked and pounded hard. but no offers for a while yet, may end up having lower my price or offer to install it for more lmfao.

I kinda like my hardbody Nissan rims i'm running atm, i think 22's are way to big you wouldn't even turn them over for a burnut gee lol! but just my 2 cents there. But I would like to have a nice set of the z71 wheels, what years would fit, or does it just have to be the 4x4 z71 trucks

Im still trying to find a Sub for my truck, I want the one they have in the Escalade under the center console, its like 6-8" or something. So I will make a speaker box out of Carbon Fiber and make it a center console with a cup holder too. Think it will fit nicely, and still give me some bass.

I did some homework on the rims i bought, they only will fit a 2005+ Nissan frontier, pathfinder and extera, and a dodge Durango or Dakota. So i think ima be stuck with them for a while, i lowered the price to 100$. Still nothing.

So after working a grip of hours lately at work, I finally got some rims i like. They are off a 90's Yukon, not my first choice, but they make it look so much better i think.

Nice, that's almost style i'm looking for, only difference is the insides between the spokes, but nice find and like the two tone look.

Thanks, I like the 2 tone, I'm not so fond of the colors anymore though. I'm gonna paint it again, and powdercoat my rims. There was another style of rims similar to this one, but I think i like the ones i have better. Heres the other ones i thought about

Been a while since ive posted, 2 full time jobs, holidays(Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving), and family keep me busy. But i have gotten a few things done to the truck, sanded the hood so i can fix the cracks, now just need to paint it. And i made a battery tray for my new optima i paid 50$ for at work ha.

Ive also been debating on motor swaps, being in california i gotta find ways to smog it so figuring what to do and what i can do, ive thought about a 2jz, rotary or a chevy 350. And i think ima go with the 350

Hope you all are having a wonderful holiday season.

As far as an engine swap have you thought about an lsx swap? I have a 5.3 vortec and th400 in my mazda, fuel injected also running an ls1 intake manifold. The stock truck exhaust manifolds work if you cut the flanges off and either weld pipe directly to them or weld on v bands. Send the stock pcm to lt1swap.com and have him unlock it for $75, there is also info on his site on how to strip the 5.3 harness and how to wire it to fuses and power. For the price of lsx's around my area its not much more to go that route than an old sbc, plus the power potential is greater, cam, ls1 intake mani and a tune will yield decent numbers. If you need info or any help if you go that route feel free to pm me.
