Hello from SoCal my 1st mini build

multimeter i mean

I messed with the wiring for a while, trying to find something. Couldnt. Ill be visiting my brother this weekend, work on his VW a bit and then ill have him check some things out. maybe he can find whats wrong.

On a good note, i got a job at Lockheed Martin and a job at Auto Zone. 2 years without a job, searching constantly and in 1 week i get 2 jobs. Ill have my truck looking better soon, between the 2 jobs i might not have time to spend the money ha. works for me.

I keep seeing people Plastidip their cars, i see it on Craigslist and have seen a few friends do their cars too. Well i didnt go to that extent, but i did paint my grill and bumper.

I think it came out pretty good, i had a scratch on the grill which became a bubble, so i cut that off and re covered the spot. Seems ok for now

So a friend from school had a 2000 ranger and rolled it, so he bought a 91 b2600. so he came over and kicked it for a little while


While he was here i traded a 12" speaker in a box for his tonneau cover off of his ranger, its still in pretty decent shape.


Its wider at the cab then it is at the tailgate, but its bigger so hey time to make it fit, and add some color to it.

I think im going to make it flush with the bed, cut the sides and the rear and make it sit flat. Hope to have more pics up soon

Thanks, it has more do to in the front, but i got the tonneau cover the other day and saturday i did some work on the back
Had to cut the sides and the back, i dont like how it sits with the gaps in the front by the cab, and the back where it sits on the tailgate. So it will be something i will work on later, i will cut it and make it flush. Figured id try it first and see how i like it, then decide if i need to cut it again. So i will be cutting it.
Anyways here it is, still needs to be painted for the time being, but that will get done on tuesday in my little brothers auto body class.

I will take off the tonneau cover and sand the inside also, if it looks good ill paint it, if i dont like it. well itll be getting carpet.

So on thursday last week, i was at a Deaf Club event and a few of the people there had some mazda trucks. So afterwards we went and checked each others out. got a couple pictures

The b2000 will be getting sold to the state when the smog comes up, so i will be trading my hydraulic lifters for his solid lifters, taking his back window(has the sliding middle portion) his corner markers, maybe the grill, his aircleaner box, tailgate handle, and some other misc stuff. his truck just needs to be running, so anything i want that wont keep it from running, i can have.

Next projects i have on my list are
~complete rebuild of my engine
~Fuel injecting my truck by following This thread
~Power windows
~Lower the rear for the time being until i do the next thing on this list
~Airbags/Body Drop

So today on the way to work, in the same place i broke down 2 months ago, due to the pulley bolt falling out, i broke down again. This time when taking the head off, the #3 exhaust valve head is busted off, and i have a hole in the piston. Who knows what else is wrong, so no im out my only car. Once again.
