to me, mini truckin is a lifestyle. the lifestyle i lead. it has custom vehicles, some low, some not so low. to me, mini truckin doesn't necessarily mean you have a lowered mini truck. you could have a lifted truck fullsize and still be a mini trucker. its all the attitude and lifestyle.
ME, i'll never own a lifted ANYTHING. i'm low for life....
mini truckin is a deep thing. once you get into it, you can't let it go. its like an addiction. once you go to a certain amount of low, you have to go lower. you have to have better.
hanging out with truck buddies, truck clubs, and hanging out at truck shows is how we live our lives. alcohol, women, and trucks.
someone once said that it revolves around the
"4 b's... Bags Bitches Bodydrops and Beer."
as wyatt strange said once, mini truckin is something that not you or I will ever fully comprehend. "living life to the fullest and NEVER falling victim to "the norm"."
then, females, as chad lucas said once, "that is what trucks are for us sometimes-an outlet, a salvation, something for us to feel proud of that is ours, and no matter how crappy or unfinished it is, it's our baby." "the garage is our confessional. the truck listens and does just that: listens. No feedback is needed; no answers to be given; just quiet and then the sound of a sawzall."
ever since i caught the bug at age 14, in 2003... i've owned 3 mini trucks. 1989 Mazda B2200, 1985 s10, and now a 1992 Mazda B2600i. i've always been wanting to shave something, cut somthin up, or grind something. its a daily scenario for me.
since i don't have the money, like many other mini truckers, i draw out plans and stuff i'd like to have done. i draw "possibilities" of what my truck could look like when closer to completion. that brings me to another point.
our trucks will NEVER be done... once we think we are finished, we tear down and rebuild. it is in our blood. we can't leave anything alone...
and that is a tap into what i think mini truckin is...
