Legality, rules, etc.

Here in the great state of Idaho (LOL), Mini-Trucks are a rolling violation in every way shape and form imagined!

Good thing we have all come to an agreement in my hometown!

pretty much the same case here as far as anything modified goes
here nobody even knows the term minitruckin. but if they did they would hold it in contempt

Where I am located Mini-Trucks are considered Lowriders, which we take a huge offense to and make sure they understand that there is a HUGE difference...

Don't get me wrong, Lowriders are cool in they're own right! There is just a definite line that distiguishes a difference between mini-trucks and lowriders!

I am goin gto go thru the charter of rights and find it for all of the canadians on here....I have read it before, and to my knowledge that is how I understood it.....

I found info about seat belts, and dealer issues but nothing in regard to legal vs illegal modifications for "end user"

thats because there arent really many laws about mods, its mainly up to the officer, the best way to know whats legal and whats not when modified is to look at the back of your safety slip, it has a list of whats needed on the vehicle to be safe, thats a good starting point.

Me too....skated wires, phantom tops, and velour for miles...not to mention the swivel seats and mirrors....LOL

I wish you could have been there when a state trooper pulled the AI club pres and I over in his car (lowrider)... 22 equipment violations! Most of them were crap and all but 3 were dismissed in court. But is was a riot at the time.
