I had a 84 D50 that was 3 inches off the ground static dropped.. I got high centered a few times.. lol but you learn fast where to go and not go..

I'm about 4.5" off right now from side rail to ground...haven't checked front cross member.

I know Mikey, that's the pic I saw that I thought "I wanna ride like that" lol.

The 720 is about an inch off the ground. If you look just in front of the rear tire you can kind of see the frame just above the gravel. If I rode any lower I took out road turtles changing lanes. lol

Also, here's my buddy's highway ride height. Can't do it much on the streets cuz he can't turn too sharp with the 20s. Gotta love air on a daily.

that looks like the stretch of freeway they were workin on, on the way to low down this year... peter, mikey... the pics you guys posted on this page of the thread just make me drool. i CANT WAIT to bag mine... i just cant afford it yet...

Yea, that was somewhere down there on the way back from Lowdown. I drove that truck from Tacoma to Lowdown, and he drove it home. It rides so good at that height it's a shame it can't be that low all the time.

My signature pic is static dropped. I don't think I have any pics of my trucks ride heights now.

I know this is an old thread but I'm surprised by the number of you shaving without a backup. I had no issues on my civic with shaved doors due to installing a cable backup.

I regret "bagging" it using cylinders instead of juicing it. I also regret doing suicide doors on a daily driver. Attempted it on my passenger door for my first attempt... I think I drove around without a passenger seat for a year and a passenger door I couldn't open. I either didnt have time to work on it, no access to a welder, or I discovered I mounted the hinges in to far and had to cut them out and reweld them further out because it would only open about six inches before hitting the body.

I'm super thrilled I pulled the entire srs system out since I ran it in to and up and over a five inch curb (i had three inches to the rockers on coilovers) at around thirty-five mph. Ha!
