gonna start pulling the motor tonight. My heater hasnt showed up yet...but it was warm today.

What kind of heater are you waiting on? I'm using a propane ready heater, the little cannon shaped one. It warms the garage up quick but the propane only lasts about 3 days worth of work if it's really cold out like 40* and below.

well...got home just before six and got it out by 7:45...not too bad i dont think.
