York 209 and 210 or Sanden Compressors were used in old cars as A/C compressors. They can be picked up fairly cheap at junkyards and converted to air compressors. I think you can buy them new from a few air ride companies too.

Sure it's safe to roll low, as long as the vehicle is built right. The lower the pressure in the bags, the smoother the ride. I ride with like 10psi in the back bags. The front will vary depending on how your bags are mounted, how much engine weighs, and whether you clear the tires when you turn. I don't roll too low in the front because I have some extreme negative camber since I am using stock spindles. I try to save my tire wear.

I don't run a sway bar because I think it hit my end links for steering. I kinda forget why exactly. But anything is possible. Plenty of bagged vehicles use one. There might be some threads on here about how other people fabricated ways to use a sway bar.

So I've got another question for ya... U said the rims/tires that I have (u used to have) will rub the bedsides if I were to run smaller tires would that help? I don't really wanna narrow the rear end. And could I get by with them how they are for a little while (as in how much so they rub?) thanks as always

They will rub, just barely. But you can just air it up high enough to not rub while driving. The heat will cause the paint to melt on the fender. A 35 series tire would help.
But you could also flare the fenders like this:

Okay thanks man ill look at that Minitruckin article. How much narrower tire do u think I could go without having to stretch the tires too much? As always I thank u for answering my endless questions! And thank u anyone and everyone else for the support! It's nice to know that there are people that generally give a shit and will help a guy out. Where I live there are so many haters! I catch shit for running eskies all the time and I've been told by so many people that I've ruined my truck and shit like that. So for real guys keep Minitruckin!

If you want slow and controlled go with 3/8 or even 1/4. I have 1/2 valves on my truck and it's hard to set ride height because it fills and dumps so fast. I run the AVS rocker type switchbox so it's easy to tap the switch and get it where I want it.

fdugn545 if you don't have factory AC on your truck I would run a converted sanden 508 or 708 compressor. They fill super fast and don't have the big current draw on your electrical system like the bigger electric compressors do. Also I don't have a sway bar on my truck

How slow are 1/4 inch valves? I didn't think they were an option, I too want to have a slower setup. And is there any write ups on how to mount the sanden compressors? Thanks,

The sanden is just the factory AC compressor converted to pump air so you would use the factory brackets.
