So if I do the header I don't have to block/cap anything off?

keep the tow mirrors! This is my b for like 26yrs and you can see a lot more with the these imo.I would tint the glass, freshen the wheels with new paint same color and trim rings.Nice truck and stock appearance is good with even simple low cost changes.

Wow your B looks clean. I'm completely up in the air on which way I'm going to go with mine. I was also wondering what is everyone's opinion on the best way to lower the truck. I read about the whole reindexing the torsion something or other , but it said the ride wasn't too good afterwards. What about air ride. It would be nice to be able to raise and lower he truck. Is there a kit I could bolt on myself. I'm not looking to lay frame or anything just like the option of lowering and raising hen needed. Opinions are welcome

When working on a Mazda b truck there's no such thing as bolt on... And as far as lowering if you want to bag it prepare to fork out at least 1500 (that's bare essentials) as for static drops you can do it for almost free (you have to buy blocks for the rear) and the ride quality can be decent if you get shorter shocks and cut out bumpstops.

Yea I figured that was the case. It's the story of my life. I have champagne taste with a value meal wallet lol.

Don't feel bad bro I've been trying to amass all the required parts for an air ride setup for almost a year now and I'm still where I started... I hate being broke

Weber kit will run you a little over $250 and the header will run you about the same price but you may find the header cheaper on ebay or something. Those two mods will give you a little more kick out of that motor and make it a little better to drive. There are a ton of low cash mods you can do to tweak these trucks.

The weber and the headers are probably going to be my first mods. My priorities are going to be the performance of the b22 first, then all the stuff to make it look sexier than it already is. what are some good brands to use for suspension to improve the handling, you know make it "tighter" and improve body role etc.? And make it "stick" better.

Really I would just replace the shocks with good ones, did that to mine and it doesn't pitch near as bad in corners. Sway bar bushings help a little also and they are cheap and easy to install. They do make an aftermarket sway bar that is thicker for these trucks, I havent tried it but some members have and they can tell you if its worth it or not. Belltech has good suspension products, I believe they carry the sway bar i mentioned. Tires will make a difference also, I am running 235/60/r14 on mine.
