fighting for my little sumerbug

well guys iv started the custady fight...im just tired of everytime i get her she has marks on her and she tells me that "mommy and my other daddy hurt me"...right now i only get her for the weekend and every other at that, but when it comes time to take her back, she down right throws a fit.. she just hates going back,she has told me she is scaired of them and dont want to live with them anymore that she wants to "stay with you daddy forever, i love you and my new mommy",so now i getting it started..i dont have the money for this, but i dont care, i will put myself in the ground fighting to get her,i need $300 for fileing cost by monday,and $3000 for the lawyer..going to get hard but im going to make it, i cant lose my little sumerbug and i hate seeing her in pain,lawyer says we have a good chance but its going to be a long and hard fight, but we have DCS on our side and we are fileing here in TN and not up in IL where she just happens to be family with everyone,thats what got me screwed in the divorce..anyways i will let you guys know how things go as it happens....thanks for your support..you guys were there for the divorce and now im back for the little one..

ya i dont like it in a way.. but at the same time im glad she took to my wife like that..i never said anything to her about it she just did ti on her own

Good luck bro! Havent been through any custody "battles" but share a son with an idiot for a mother. She takes good care of him though. The other week he told me his name and ended with my last name and then her new last name. I told him that was not his last name and never will be. He calls his stepfather daddy every now and then. I dont let it get to me though because his kids call him that. I kinda figured it was going to happen. But again bro, Good luck and keep your head straight through this, it will all work out!

thanks man..ya it bugs me she calls him daddy but i knew it was comeing as well.. what rreally gets me is she use to call me "old daddy" to me she would say it to me..i put a stop to that real fast.. i told her im her only daddy and that will never change...

thanks guys.... knowing theres guys out there that have my back will help out alot,i have a lot of help here with family and all but knowing theres guys outside the family makes me feel good

well we went to the laywers,and was told that we need to try and get dcs to file for us..well TN. dcs cant do it cuz sumer lives in IL. so they cant do it i will have to get IL.dcs to file...TN.dcs said they will try and IL.dcs to file for us, if they dont or cant we will file ourselfs,i am getting sumer thursday instead of friday so i can get her to the laywers and prove that she is in the state and then file for costady..as she has to be here for me to file..by the way the mother dont know anything about this...small update but i will keep you guys in the know

Good luck man I hope you get her. I had the same issue with melanie coming to the house and saying her stepdad was mean to her. It's a long hard road fighting for custody but I've done it so it can be done. Just keep calm and don't let your temper get the best of you and always keep notes of anything that happens. Get s calendar and mark Everytime you have her, Everytime you do extra, or anytime the mother shows her ass in front of your daughter or your daughter tells you something that concerns you. Also document with pics if you have to. You can NEVER have too much info.

Hey Baha, ever consider starting up a fund to help a fellow member? This seems like a good cause here. I don't have much now (broke and only income supporting house of 2) but if 30 members throw in $10 it would help some, any extra would help with lawyer costs.
