fighting for my little sumerbug

id be down to donate to a great cause...i will pray for you man. this is tough times...and thats what we are here for. I have never personaly experienced this all the way through.

but me and the ole lady split for a bit and she started the process had a court date and she realized she made a big mistake...

i have 5 kids with her and we have been through hell and back....if i needed someone to help me i would turn to my mini truckin friends/scene before anyone else...thats why mini truckin is a lifestyle, it is its own little society.

well said i would be down to help to we are family here and thats the bottom line and i know most of are daddy's and let me tell you i would give my life for my daughter even sell my truck just to get her what she needs bro I hope i never have to experience this but keep your head up and know that we here got your back Nothing better then daddy fighting for his baby

I was fortunate enough that I had the option of cashing in my 401k to fund my court costs. When we first went to court when we split I had to pay $3000 for lawyer fees just so I could get every other weekend and holidays. Melanie was 1 then. For the next 4 years I gathered evidence till my lawyer said I had enough. Then I had to pay another $5000 for the actual custody battle. I had enough evidence plus the mother kinda just rolled over and gave up so it was kind of a waste of money. I did all the leg work and paper work. All I had for $5000 was a lawyer to present my stuff properly lol. So if you add all that up plus private investigator fees and misc stuff I got about 10k n getting my daughter. I'm not trying to discourage you, just showing you what you may be in for. Of course for me it was well worth it and id do it again.

there is no limit to the things i would do for my kids and i am sure we all feel the same way...

thank you guys..i know its going to be a hard long road to getting this took care of and getting my sumer here where she needs to be,i know its going to take time as i think IL. is puting it off or just dont care about it,so it looks like im goin to have to come up with the money instead of haveing DCS do the leg work for me,lawyer says i have good evidence but im at the bottom of the pile and i may need more(this hurt me) i dont want her to go thru this anymore but to get a better fighting chance in court i need it, im at a cache22,

Yeyeah dude my lawyer was the same way. is bring something that I thought was enough and he would just file it and say be patient. it was really hard to do that but you gotta just be positive and know in the end she will be with you and safe in the near future and you are doing everything you can.

its gonna be a very hard road being in diff states but if she is in danger its worth it brutha

thanks guys..we are going to wait till next month to go up to IL. so i 'l have to grin and bare it but we are going to WISS. to see her brother and will stop by on the way back to do the fileing, i was told today we have to go to the state she is in to file it and to have a court hear it

small update: the state of ill. is droping the case, they dont see anything to base the clames on so they dont feel the need to carry this any further,
i will still go up sometime and talk to them in person and maybe open it back up...in the mean time i will be calling NFS and seeing if they can do anything for us

Just keep fighting man. Im hopin for the best
