I think I need a new head

good luck on it. pull your plugs and check them too cause i was looking at mine and they already look like hell. you may wanna have it tested since you dont know how bad it is... drain it all and refill too...

yeah, if it was a blown intake mani gasket, that could have caused your problem, i'd change both the head & intake gaskets, & change all the fluids, run it for a day or two, drain & refill, then check to see if you have any milky residue, if not you should be good to go, if it does, then chances are the head is cracked....good luck!

Well i sent the head to the shop to get it tested today but the bad thing is I wont be able to put this damn this back together for a couple weeks,that is if its still good... I will let ya'll know tomm if its still good

alright Good news guys I got the head back and they resurfaced it for me so its good to go.. I was able to get enough cash together after all to be able to buy all my stuff so Hopefully it will be back on the road tomm... If anybody is in the Ft.Worth area that knows how to put this back together let me know cause I am off tomm and I plan on workin on it pretty much all day...

i hope that that is all mine is. everyone tells me that its cracked... if it is, i'm estimating my costs to be around 1000

well I hope it turns out good for you... I just went and bought the headgasket set with all the gaskets from the head up...that was 94 dollars and to have the head resurfaced it was 65 cause they pulled out the cam and all that...
