You don't want them to be over triangulated because the bushings will be in a bind and wear out faster. On my friends Yota I installed the lower bars straight and I triangulated the Upper bars, He wanted a forward/reverse style 4 link. The upper bushings are still in a bind on this set up, but would be worse if I put them at a more severe angle. How I installed it is I Marked holes to be drilled on the frame, slid a bolt through for the frame mount dang this is gona sound confusing here is a pic for an idea ill try to find more pics tonight when im at my apartment Check out the Suicidedoor 3 link I would do that.

what do you mean by height? and Length your talking about the over all length of the link bars right?

why did you do it foward/reverse link?

im talkin bout where my link bars are on the frame or a crossmember to mount them to does that really matter?

the longer the bars the less pinion change you will have. And 50/50 4 links are pointless.. but thats a totally different issue.. trust me you want to stay forward if at all possible... for MANY MANY MANY reasons. And if you bolt the 4 link in by running a bolt threw the frame.. of course your going to have bindage. You should run a crossmember and use the tabs provided with your 4 link bars to let the bushings line up as straight as possible for easy manuverablity inside the 4link end

Also.. the only way the bushings will bind by being over triangulated is by mounting the brackets or lack there of wrong, or by hitting side to side. If you want side to side get the super adjustable 4 link ends from suicide doors, and I hightly recomend the universal super piviot wishbone 3 link from suicidedoors.com. If you want killer side to side and you want everything to be legit the best way to go is a parallel 4 link and watts link. It is hands down the most proven reliable way to go.. and u get killer side to side.

so a 4-link ...not super pivot isnt good for going side to side or for having each bag seperate from the rest ...I mean the truck I am going to get has each bag individually ran so each is on a seperate switch ...so should I run them so that the front bags are on one switch and the same for the rear?

No the 8 valve setup is fine.. and a normal 4 link can do side to side.. and if installed properly.. you shouldn't have any problems. However the bag over bar 4 links you shouldn't do side to side in the rear.

hey well im going to bag over axle and use the regular four link from SD and also run 8 1/2" valves im buying the air management kit from SD also..
