i used my ac comp. as a compressor but i didnt have a oiler or any thing and locked it up in 2 days but it built up air form 0 to 150 psi in under 2 munites and up to 250psi in almost 5 minutes it was very nice and didnt bog down the motor and super quiet.i recommend it if you have an oiler

i had juice on my first truck and so i got tired of air on my mazda and switched to juice.that and if you have hydro's you stand out a bit more ha ha

Glad to see you've bag the truck now.
I haven't check'd my email yet, so I am looking forward to the pix you sent.
If you get a chance, check out our product feature in S3 mag this month! It will be on stands Dec. 20th. The guys at S3 wanted to do a feature on our tuner apparel, so we worked it out. I am also currently working with MT on a project. Hopefully if all goes well, you should see somthing in their mag again, in the coming months.

I'd like to see the truck in person. We'll have to meet up sometime. This way we can put a name with a face.

Most a/c compressors do not have an oil sump. Once you put oil in, it will gradually spit it all out into the system. Since they are traditionally oiled by the coolant, there is no need for a sump as it's constantly being recirculated. An external oiler is needed in this case.

yes i know why it locked up i was just trying to keep it going a bit longer till i could get an oiler.i never used my a/c any ways, always makes me car sick.besides it only cost me 14 bux for the fitting so i didnt really care if it locked up it was just an experiment.

For an extra $20 you could still have a nice beefy air pump though...
