well i am starting to get the front brackets on finally, and i have everything cut away on the lower arm and the frame is cleaned off of all the bumpstops and what not.... i put it all together and jacked it up till it started binding and lifting the truck, and i still had about 2" before the frame would lay....any suggestions??

Flip the balljoint and piecut the upper arm maybe. You may also have to trim a little off the lower arm if it hits the frame. I don't remember if Doug had to do that on mine or not.

Sweet...yea Doug trimmed that on mine too. He added some plate after to strengthen it back up.

where abouts?? on the inside of the arm or did he plate the outside??
bagdb2200   +1y
I'm pretty sure he plated the outside, maybe both. I'd have to look at it this weekend, I don't have any pics of it.
