Todays update, more rust removal blah blah blah
tryin ta get the box ready to seal and finish the tubbin there, flared sides and bullet proof wheel wells.
spent some time removing more paint gettin er down to steel and then hammer/dolly out the dents gettin the box sides worked out as close to perfection, next, mounting, and hige system, all thats left o the original box are the sides!!!

oh ya im not saying do it becoase its the only way, just if one lives in an area where they dont look over the ride why not do it? but if you live in a place where its the law to do something just so, then ya do it that way and keep the MAN off your back

yeh F the MAN, lol

but with safety ,
"if there is any doubt, thre is no doubt, .....thats the first thing they teach ya"

okay, I gotta set up the box supports and hinging system soon.
I have some ideas about that, but I gotta rebuild the structre first
as it sits

Today was hot but its gonna rain for a week startin tomorrow and I got a bare steel box so I hit it with some protection, and rust convrter/inhibiting primer.

this is fer all the hoes out there
enjoy

I get easy assisted lift, and 90 degrees too. the hinge is a limiter on the travel.

why only one hinge point?
