yeah, looks and clearance are 2 good arguments for 30 series tires

just doin some clean up work, sandblasting etc, takin care of some rust,
smoothing out the arms from pie cuttin uppers and cleaning up lowers from trimming and adding lower bag mount plate
I mocked up the upper mount now too.

i was bein sarcastic about sparxx's multi colored bumper. . . . but your bumper is fresh! ! ! Toyota molded together? ? ?

yeh toyota stretched 2 inches, shaved middle, and bumper lights, all smoothed out, not 100%finished yet, I wont have the funny gap at the fender, I'll extend the top corner to mate with the fender, got other things to finish first.

Okay onto what happened today, sandblasting sandblasting sandblasting and more, sandblasting.
and I welded in top frant bag mount, on driver side


and smoothed control arms, they were pie cut also, I wanted them to look factory again, and rust treated where they are prone to rusting

You better gusset it to the frame. . not jus the upper control arm mount. . . before you get in trouble. .

oh fer sure, at least gussetting the other side of the mount too, in the pic there is only one.
I had'nt finished reinforcing it in there yet, I have made the gussetts i'll weld in already too.
I'll take some more pics tonight. top and bottom gussets may be overkill , but I would rather err on the side of caution.
I will test it out by jacking the truck up on the bag mount , stress testing, lol
