ok guys need some help. kinda long story but im gonna start from the begining. i had a wheel bearing and a u-joint go out in my 92 b2200. i drove it for a lil while with these problems till i got time to fix it. then i started noticing my truck had mmm.. well its not really a vibration, the best way i can think to describe it is, imagine your truck had studded snow tires on it. but its only at a certain mph and it dosent matter what gear. it happens about 20-40 mph. so i r&r the wheel bearing and race, and was going to do the u-joints. well i could get the u-joints in a timely manner around here so i needed the truck back and going and i had a 89 b2200 just sitting around, so i got the whole driveshaft out of it. same length and all the only difference was in front of the carrier bearing there is a big flange on my old driveshaft, the one out of the parts truck didnt have it but it doesnt look like its missing just looks like it didnt come with one. so i put it in, and drove it a couple of times, i noticed the slight chatter (like driving on snow tires) was still there. well the truck sat for awhile then i get in it today, and now it feels like istead of tires your riding on gears. its extremely rough and vibrates the whole truck. but its only doing it about 15-20 mph now, and you feel it on take off or slowing down, in gearm out of gear. clutch in or out. so i get home, pop the plug on the rearend, no metal on plug, everything felt okay turning the axles, looked up in the inspection hole at clutch cant see much but all looks okay in there. but i didnt want to drop a trans and be chasing ghosts, btw the clutch was replaced less than a year ago and hasnt had many miles on it. sorry its so long but i wanted to give all the details, and the rest of the time once up to speed it drives fine, just when slowing down or taking off. any ideas where to start?
