most suicide doors i see done on mazda's have both hinges higher up on the door. i just kinda did my own thing and that was my first attempt.
the further to the right the better and the closer to the outer metal they are the better. you still have to compensate that all 3 bolts on each hinge have to fit on the door so you can't go too far to the right in the picture. and idk if you've checked the chearance with your window track or window yet but it'll be close.
this might help a lil if you didn't see it allready:
another thing i wish i would have done, is to do the passanger side first. that way the driver side is used more often and it would be done right the first time. i got a dent in the same place too but it's all fixed now and i just have to put some body filler on the door jambs and get it primered up.
if you have any questions just lemme know or if you still don't understand what you need to do i'll help ya out.
you just have your pivot point to close to the door jamb side so the door isn't pivoting out enough away from the cab corner.
at the bottom of the scroll box on the suicide doors how to page there is a link that had some pics and some helpfull info.
