I'm plating the rockers and framerails. I shall drag the motherfuck out of the truck. not to mention that the rockers are 1/8" as well, lol.

1/8" wouldnt be bad for like a cruising speed and draggin. But then again I haven't really got to enjoy this truck in 4 years. So I am really itching to hoover around the city.

As far as primer, I been thinking about scuffing down the current primer. Letting it rust just a little bit and rocking it haha. It gives it character, after all it is literally 27 years old.

So we got the master cyclinder to pump perfect fine. The brakes are normal when the truck is off, but as soon as you turn the truck on. It goes straight to the floor, which leads me to believe my booster is crap. Seems like it's getting no vacuum at all. If you pump it about 4-5 times its okay. But as soon as you let off and go to hit it again. Same thing, no brakes at all.

sounds like the booster

are u losing any fluid anywhere? i know obvious question, but it doesn't hurt to check again. maybe the diaphragm in the booster is torn?
have u tried using the brakes after starting the truck? like when the truck is rolling?

No fluid leaking, we have looked over this with a fine comb. All the bleeders are closed and working.

Quick run down.

Brakes seem to work perfect when the truck is off. You can pump them and get great pressure. As soon as you start the truck it goes straight to the floor. Almost like the booster is getting no vacuum. I'm going to order 1 in a week or 2. I am almost tapped out on money, well let's say I got a wedding to pay for and momma would be pissed if I started using that money.

that doesn't make sense tho. if the booster wansn't getting vacuum then it wouldn't change anything from when the car is turned off. try rolling the truck with it running and jam on the brakes when they'd normally go to the floor. humor me or if the truck is immobile like mine. have a friend turn one of the wheels. and you've bled them properly? there is a method in case u didn't know. start at the wheel that is farthest away from the MC and work your way closer ending at the closest one.
this problem picks at my brain....

Sounds like air in teh lines to me.

Dunno hoss, we have bled and bled and bled............and bled. These things, I am going to get that little tool you can use/rent to suck all the air out of the lines. This will narrow down if I am going to drop money on a booster.
