we just checked out the clearance under our crossmemeber and there is enough room if we made it a solid driveshaft. Think a 7 footer would be alright?

Thats one hell of a drive shaft for a mini 7 feet long holy crap is there any way of still running a 2 piece.

what you need to do is count the splines on the slip yolk and measure the diameter and length of the stock one. write that down. measure from the back or the rear seal on the tranny to the pinion yolk on the rearend, where the pinion would bottom out. write that down. now between the 2 halves of the pinion yolk, there should be little stoppers that hold the pinion caps on measure between those, write that down. call local driveline fab shop and give them those dimensions and they should be able to build something for you. or you can call them first and see specifically what dimensions they want. guaranteed they'll want some or all of those which i mentioned.

i ws kinda bored and looking around cardoman and came across this....kinda what your going for right??

That is sweet and I mean the long box on the extended cab I am trying to get CID to do one as well. So that thing should almost be like 18 feet long right. As my full size ex. cab long box is 20 feet long.

what's the difference in length of the long box and the reg cab short box?? any one know?

I would assume about a foot. Its that way on Toyotas. The longbed is a foot longer than the short beds. Its like 5.5 feet and 6.5 feet, roughly. At least my bodystyle is.
