not sure yet on cost. gotta find out how much it'll cost in materials. i'm just trying to get a feel for who's interested.
the one pictured is stainless, and i don't think i'll do another set in stainless, too hard to keep it looking nice, it scratches easily and they had to be polished a few times during the build process.

Count me in.

Nice work man. Looks like it will turn out well. Any projected finish date?

uhm.... well as soon as i can pull the motor again, notch the crossmember, put the motor back in, weld in motor mount tabs and run steering and brake lines it'll be done. finding time to do that will be another story.
its so close to driving again...
i need some new wheels, cuz the 16's i'm running now are borrowed and the wrong offset and can't turn them. maybe i'll take out a loan and get 20's ha ha.
seriously tho if anyone has mustang wheels (or mustang offset) for cheap??? let me know!

What offset are Mustang wheels? I have some 17s here and I can measure them.

I might be interested in a set of those motor mounts!

umm... any offset really, i can run an 8.5 inch rim (prolly bigger with the right offset...) with like a 3 inch backspace... so i can go negative offset...
twisted minis   +1y
Oh okay, I have some 17x8 with +30 offset.

hmm... might you know about how many inches of BS that is? i'm not so good with millimeters and metric stuff. maybe about 6" BS?
twisted minis   +1y
I think you are about correct. I can just measure them. Just have to dig them out of the shed. Lol.
