Project: ALMOST LEGAL

Well work has been taking a toll on me. I will have to push the truck out in the morning and put it next to mine ill take a pic of the two, father and son I will be dending up a race car body this weekend not sure how much time i will get for the truck, im kinda to the point of having to start ordering things now. The strips are stainless i think so i hope the rust stays away..... Wait im in the northwest we grow rust here I will post a few pics of the car we are working on this weekend...maybe a before and after.

Its lookin real good. They do make plastic covers for those barrier strips, Im not sure where you can get them though.

I do agree very nice on the strip. Now don't laugh but on my first dawg I had enough neon to light up an aircracft carrier..I used those and some nice commercial grade fuse blocks. Nice clean and able to hide so nothing was visible. You seen NO neons or wires just the glow. . Damn I wish I had pics.

Where can you get covers for them? I think I may do this as well when I do mine.

Also, can you get the junction posts at an auto store?

Ok this is what took the place of the mazdarahti. Should have it done sunday. I might look for the covers for them if they have them...im not to worried about them thow. Yes got them at parts store they have all kinds of cool stuff if you ask to look in there book. The other extra cab was my daily but havnt drove it in about a year. It has a new motor weber header msd 6a box and coil other than that all stock. They both are really clean inside the project has red and mine is grey. Not gonna get all crazy with lights More for purpose then looks.

My daughter and I can't wait till racing season starts again. We haven't been to the dirt track in over a year. We used to have one like five miles from our house and friends of my wifes used to race so we would go. Anyways now I have to find the nearest track here in MS, but we are definetly going to make it to a few races. So awsome to watch.
