Did you paint the lenses on the inside our outside?

There's still too much amber showing through. Should look just like this

Painted them on the inside....should I have painted the outside? That would be a heck of a lot easier to cover.


Motor is still crap. Same as it was before. Waiting to get money for engine stand, cherry picker, engine, webber, and header.

yeah,you paint them on the outside. Mask off the reverse light and paint the entire amber and red areas until the red coverage is even and looks like the entire lens is 1 red piece.

Nothing a little lacquer thinner won't fix for now. Looking at your pics,I had a feeling you had painted them on the inside.

Quick update....
Well we had our garage sale so now I am almost ready to push her in to start the fun.Here is how it sits.

Lots of dirt but NO RUST!!!!!

Ever seen the spare tire???? Anyone need/want the spare tire and assembly? It is theirs.

After a very little cutting. (exhaust, spare tire assembly unbolted...)


Now I will be gone for a week so at least two weeks till I get to touch it again.

Oh yeah free bed liner too!!!!

haha yeah i removed all my spare tire crap too..
