Project P.I.T.A. -SOLD---no more updates.

Nah...just a 14mm socket and the air rachet. None of my bolts are rusted. So far all of my bolts are coming right out. It is actually kind of nice!

Now thats a welcome suprise - bolts that don't require liquid wrench or plasma cutter

Oh hell yeah. This thing is like it has sat and only collected dust. Even the fuel filler screws came out with no issues.... This baby is awsome. Has the most solid floor I have ever seen...just got to get that dirt out.

my truck is the same.. i was surrised too.. i thought i would have broke a few but nope. not one.. lol but ye them tails are pretty nice, and that glove box is cool, you gotta teach me how to do that!!! lol i wanna do my whole dash red but i thought it would look gay and would peel off lol

I am pretty sure this is not going to peel. I have rough sanded the plastic, then a thin arse coat of bondo, then about 2 coats of high build primer, lots and lots of sanding, and then shot it, wet sand, shot it more, wet sand, then only one coat or maybe two of clear....need to fix the scratch and my daughters finger print...Yeah...daddy said don't touch...let's see why...oh it is still wet. Luckily she is a cutie so she didn't get in trouble.

^^ ye see i was gunna sand and paint LOL im no paint expert.. infact i suck.. LOL but i still do what i gotta do, and sometimes it looks good LMAO

Yeah this was my first...I read a lot and watch as much as possible. I am attempting to do this entire truck myself...well that and I am poor so I can't afford it. However if it starts going south...to the shop it goes. It has to be safely built for my girls to ride in it.

but seriously, i really like it... I need to make a trip down to your place and help out sometime, then you can return the favor and comehelp me pull the cab off mine hahahaha

Consider it done my friend. LOL I will even supply the beer and food if you come down. You have to bring the horse though to show the wife and kids....however no promises that the 3 year old wont try to ride him like a horse. LOL
