INTRODUCTION:

The plan of action is to begin my airbag suspension in spring/start of summer!

This thread is designated for that! I wanted to start the page now to post of what I have so far!

As of now, I have all the parts I need to do the suspension! Although, freaking DHL broke one of my valves so I gotta get that resolved... Ugh.

I'll be sure to post pics of all the parts, soon! Until the spring, I will probably be relocating my gas tank, and put in the notches or mount my air tank!

It should be one heck of an experience and I can't wait for the weather to get better! I would be doing it now, but when your like me, you have no garage and your truck is covered in snow 90% of the time in the winter!

The parts list:
(1) 8 1/2 gallon 8 port tank
50 ft. 1/2" line
50 ft. 1/8" line
Dual Viair 380 Compressors in chrome!
(2) SMC water traps
(3) Easy street air guages to 200 psi
(1) Viair pressure switch
(1) 10 switch, switchbox
(8 ) 1/2" Blitzluft valves
(2) RE-6 Slam specialties bags
(2) RE-7 Slam specialties bags
FBI triangulated 4-link kit with 5/8 heim joints.
Suicide doors 4-link gussets.
8 inch C-notch kit
Front and rear shock relocation kits.
Front and rear airbag brackets.
Front Back Side Side fitting pack and gauge fitting pack in 1/2"

Now I just need to get the wiring for the valves, and steel for relocating my gas tank. Anyone figure how much this stuff friggin' weighs? Jeez!

Hell ya! I got most of my stuff from FBI. The tank, line, and fittings I got from DevB22, and some gussets and brackets from SD. I got the compressors in a dual pack deal from siege engineering off ebay.

All in all, these parts probably cost me a total of $1500! Thats pretty expensive I would say!

Don't get too excited just yet guys! Lol, since I'm not old enough to rent a car, I can only start on it when I get laid off from my job! Sigh...

The link bars are from FBI's universal triangulated kit. They are 1" bars and the uppers are 24" long and the lowers are 20" long. I do plan on bag on barring it, and I know its a controvesial subject, but I've been told by a few you could do it if the gussets extend the length of the bar. So lets hope its true, lol.

When I do it, I suppose I'll be answering some speculation on here and strong disbelief! Otherwise, it will be me crying cause it broke! LOL!

So slammed, lets get a link to your project!

We did frocashmoney24's link bars like that. Works fine. Only difference is we used the longer bars on the bottom.

Why is bag on bar a"controvesial subject"? If u run a bag on axle setup on Rangerpowersports.com you will be told by thousands that u should have ran on the bar. What make a Mazda different. I always thought run the bars forward bag on bar was the best setup?!

dude kit looks great except those 4 link bare and ends but everyone has there own thing. kit looks great though and hope to see it in your truck soon.
To me the bars are small and the ends are bad for rusting up and siezing in place. I had a guy with that problem and we ended up building a new 4 link kit and using bushings instead but like I wrote everyone has they're own likes and dislikes.

Nice set up. I wish I could afford to bag the truck, but Im also too stupid to do it myself.
